It's as if things other than money should matter to football players, like being with a manager that won't drive you crazy. Not trying to say money doesn't matter, but clearly this transfer sucked for him. If he were still at Porto, he'd be discussing terms with all the top clubs in the world in 3 weeks. But, alas, he's freezing his a$$ off in Russia, trying to get out to anywhere else.

You mention 'wedge' as if Fellaini is 100% motivated by money and i really dont think the lad is. He is on what 75k a week here? He would happily accept that at a club that challenges for trophies. The lad has ambition and isnt arsed about money. He drives a Corsa ffs.
