It might be someone trying to add you as a friend, rather than a message/pm.
Its from before when Neo and Cal sent me some messages, since then it keeps saying ive got another 3, starting to get on my nerves, I keep thinking its another infraction.

To be fair, you know all the answers how to run a forum so you shouldn't need help.
Try deleting the notifications that are alerted.
If that doesn't work, ask Cal when he is back.

The problem seems to be 3 messages that Cal left me ages ago. I have no idea how to get rid of them, so if a mod who hasnt got their knickers in a twist and hasnt removed me from their friends list could help, great.
