You don't need a 'leader' when they can't kick a ball or run.

Give Osman/Baines/Distin captaincy and have a midfield 4 of Gibson, Fellaini/Osman, Mirallas and Pienaar. Easy.

Moyes could easily drop Osman on sat due to poor form and put Fellaini CM and play Kev LM, Pienaar RM and Vic up front with Jela.

I reckon we should start Jelavic and use Vic as an impact sub if needed. Either way we have to give Jelavic as many opportunities as possible.
