VAR has checked his goals and took away 57 for goal hanging.
People often talk about how ex players would’ve fared in the modern game, but I’d be interested to see how many goals Beto would’ve scored back then.
I reckon he’d get 70. Easily.
Don’t get me wrong, he would be subjected to some horrific abuse, but that was the times back then.
About 1 in 6 than.

It is very silly with these 2 specific players, but so is the whole comparison debate..
One will always be a club legend.
One will fade from memory.
Maybe in this transfer window - talking of eras it is hard to compare - but as I Stated back in Dixie Dean's day it was the same conditions- ball- conditions- & rules for every CF of Deans era in the top division in his era no one ever succeeded in getting near 60 leagues goals - such an achievement hence his bronze statue outside Goodison Park ala the Holy Trinity statues ....
