Why are Digne and Holgate on the bench? (Specifically Digne who appears to be match fit?)

Why are those 3 defenders playing when its clear as day they aint good enough?

If Keane can overcome his chronic homesickness he might play a little better. I hope Capt Jags acts as a father figure and sometimes has a little chat with him about memories he might have of home and family.
