They probably need the cash as well mate for their own reinforcements, I think thats what we are bargaining on low balling them. Saw something yesterday that out of the relegated teams Southampton and Leicester have raised close to 80-100 mill in player sales. Leeds have raised 3 mill. They have these disaster clauses that players can leave for a set low fee or just on loan for the year.

Who else can they sell really? Summerville and Sinisterra maybe, but be the same story.
