Who should replace Frank Lampard?

It'll be Dyche, 100000% and we should get behind him. The two most vital aspects that we should back him are he's genuinely a good manager who's used to this fight, more importantly though he's also used to working with a club where the whole structure is dreadful and not fit for purpose. He's the ideal choice.

he took burnley to above the trap door
but hey he’s the man for us

But he managed the team that got relegated ahead of us last year for the majority of the season…when we were awful.

Yet he is the main to save us? I don’t get it.

I hate the idea of it, but we are a team who cannot play any football and need to hoof and kick our way to survival.

What other manager can we appoint?

It's not like the board will provide a quality goalscorer.

Won't be. Left because he got interviewed for the job last time and didn't get it.
Who ever comes is coming to a poor team and a club that has no money. The board will understand that we are in a situation in which we are fighting for a lives. Change is not always the answer, and constant change is never the answer.

People talking about Moyes Pochettino Martinez and Rodgers are in la la land. There is no way any of them would come. Scott Parker is moving to Australia. Dyche is finished in football after what he did to Burnley which is why he has been invovled in rugby league.

I don't think Frank will go because the merry go round has to stop at some point but the board know that if he goes, Dunc would be our only option.

He needs to go now imo. There is way too much wrong, that should have been fixed. There was a point when Mykolenko plays a shocking ball to Gray. Gray then stands still and moans at him. While he does this Brighton are able to gain comfortable possession. This lack of quality, effort and decent attitude are common throughout our team. They clearly need to be put firmly in their place, but Lampard can’t do this. I’d bring back Big Dunc. Get some passion in the useless ****s!

The more we sack managers, the less likely we'll attract decent replacements. Taking on our club is like a poisoned chalice. Never really felt Lampard was the right choice but bought into his passion and that papered over the huge cracks that were there from day 1.

I love Everton but don't know all the ins and outs that some fans on here know about but it seems to me it doesn't matter who is the manager - the problems are far bigger than that.

Would be happy with Rodgers. Or finding a gem somewhere like Brighton did with Potter, Brentford did with Frank and Bournemouth and now Newcastle have done with Howe. Who that is though is anyone's guess.
A poisoned chalice where you walk away with 5-10 million pounds for 12-18 months work!

I haven't got a clue who can be brought in but one thing is for sure, nothing will change at the club until there is fresh people in the boardroom. Until there is a new CEO and new chairman. Maybe a new owner who can run a business ruthlessly and aggressively and turn this failing football club around. Otherwise we're
screwed.
