Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Said it in the match thread but here it is again.
I don’t think Frank has made many mistakes and I backed him to get results if we could add attacking reinforcements but that five minute three goals conceded period said it all for me. The players dropped their head and gave up and we were humiliated by and average premier league team.
If you lose the players you have to go.

I don’t know who can do better - obviously Poch would be great but I don’t see him wanting it - but we need a change.

Forget Poch. Great pedigree of manager but not what we need right now. We need a coach who can improve the current set of players. Howe/Emery types, which is frustrating that Emery was recently available.

If we can get Ancelotti, we can get Poch, no problem whatsoever. He gets a free hit, he is virtually guaranteed success, ensuring a top job afterwards. Madrid, Juve, Munich would all be tapping him up just for getting us to 12th this season.

He's going nowhere - Brighton are a good team and we play the worst team in the league (bar us) next at home in Southampton. He might go if we lose to Southampton, but we won't, and we'll limp on
