Where is Siggurdson? I’m not even sure he was ever a footballer. The bloke couldn’t even run and fell over the ball the majority of times he got it. Good job he didn’t cost much….

The thing I remember about Pembridge was the way he ran with his arms up, like he was resting them on a high wall in front of him

It's Claus Thomas despite his overhead kick goal against possibly Derby at goodison. They were very very dark days

Sure Ryan Giggs said earl Barret was the best right back he'd played against. Maybe he was 15 when they asked him

My favourite was definitely the one where he charged down the keeper’s clearance, was running after the ball to put it into the empty net, tripped and fell over, hitting the ball with his head in the process, and knocking it into the goal

Or that one where he aimed his header towards the right corner and it went in the left corner. That was the genius of Niasse, the opposition had no clue what he would do next

Earl couldn’t play football any more than a lobster could knit jumpers but his sheer awkwardness meant he could stop others from playing, sometimes his own teammates granted but occasionally Ryan Giggs and the like. I’d imagine Earl would be good a Judo.

For sheer uselessness Brett Angel wins this one.

Worst debut i ever saw. Just pre premier league. Mike milligan. I thought he was taking the piss as he was so bad.
