Where's the pace going to come from???

I understand people saying that it's the speed we move the ball that needs to improve and I agree but I do think we lack pace through the side and think we do need some more gas up top to allow us to get behind teams.
Although it looks like he was trying to hard I have been quietly impressed with Klassen and think he has the ability to get people through on goal with one touch but Rooney and the other midfielders don't seem to have the pace to break through. Maybe Bolasie will bring this when he is fit and think we will miss Colemans pace in the first half of the season bombing on to make the extra man.
I'm concerned that Sigurdsson is going to do nothing to solve this and if we end up with him and giroud the problem will be exacerbated. We have enough people who can take free kicks now and would happily see a ox or even Walcott come in to add pace and in Walcotts case goal threat too.
I like the fact we have bought intelligent footballers in but we do lack a plan B with currently no pace as an option other than really Lookman (think Mirallas has lost some of his raw pace).

if we have good movement and passes the ball with pace, then we dont need to have anyone with pace.

It wouldn't hurt, though. We don't need blazing speed all over the pitch, but it would be nice to have a wide threat. Lookman on the left is a nice option, but would really like someone on the right side. Mor was an intriguing options, but for all his lovely dribbling, he doesn't produce a whole lot.

Damari Gray would be interesting for sure.

what about our number 9 sandro? pretty quick. we also have mirallas, DCL and lookman. rooney and klaasen are not slow.
stretching teams is more about vision, making runs and passes, not fafing about with the ball. plenty examples of this the best that comes to mind is fabregas. schneiderlin has some vision going forward, gana may be quick but is not great with the ball at him feet imo.
a couple more games together and the team will start to gel, link up and get forward better.
