We are missing Arteta, that goes without saying, but we should'nt be relying on one player to lift the gloom, thats too much of a burden for anyone.

I gaurantee that if we had Hibbert, Jagielka, Distin and Baines across the back for, or at least 3 of those players in their correct postition for all games this season we would not be in the mess we are now.

But change Distin for Yobo, Neill for Hibbert or Heitinga for Jagielka and the same applies.

Defence needs to be a unit. Couple Neville with them in dm and its even stronger.

Look at last year when we had our striker crisis. We still pulled out results because we had a strong defensive line to build upon.
