When Everton made you cry

The wimbledon game was quite emotional, I thought we where going down at one point. I didn't cry though, I'm too [Poor language removed] hard for that.

Never seen us get relegated so never cried, I think that's the only thing that would do it. TB brings me close to tears sometimes tho.

more often than not I want to cry with frustration and tension rather than grief.
Quite a few times I've shed a tear in the past but for me, in the recent past, the worst has to be v Fiorentina. A mixture of pride in the way we played and upset at the way we lost on pens. :(
I still want to punch the wall when I think about it.

My very first game at White Hart Lane in 1958. We lost 10-4 !
When a team has already scored 8/9 goals and the fans are chanting for another it tends to stay with you.
That was my first away game:lol:when I went to school on the Monday I just raved about Jimmy Harris getting a hat trick and it half worked:( no not really:lol:the r/s hammered me which was rich considering they where in a lower league:lol: how I wish they still were

1985 Cup Final vs Manchester Utd, i cried for about 2 days, i was 11.

I was at the game and if you drew a line from where I was sitting to Neville Southall's goal, Norman Whiteside was bang on that line. It was terrible but a great goal nonetheless. I saw Peter Reid, Trevor Steven and Gary Stevens afterwards as they sat and waited to go on to meet up with the England squad - Reidy looked inconsolable :(

heard Riedy tell a tale that there was a bit off a kick off after when fingers where being pointed at PVDH, about him showing Whiteside the inside when he was left footed.so yeah i think he was a bit gutted.
oh i had a tear in my eye 95, Abide with me and when Waggy lifted the cup.

When we sold Keown to Arsenal. That was the day i stoped likeing player. I was so gutted it was unreal. I was only about 14 like, i loved him. [Poor language removed] ugly monkey looking melt!!

I remember crying when we got beat 3-0 at Old Trafford in 2002/2003, we were doing brilliantly then they scored 3 right at the end and i ran to the toilets and cried my eyes out. I was about 11.

All the time when i was younger, i dont take defeat well, me.

I know I had tears in my eyes after the Wimbledon game in 1994. There was only the BBC live videprinter to help me through possible one of my most nervous moments. When the Blues went down 2-0, I sat down crying in front of the tv screen. Oh what a joy, when they switched live to Goodison to see the pitch invasion.

1985 cup final i was a touch too young to remember it. but i remember my family being gutted. i was well aware of things in 1986 and was totally gutted.

to add insult to injury our tv broke on the morning of the match so we all piled in to next door who were all reds. and they were having a red party. their youngest was my age and we played footy in the street together every night after school. but i did not want to see him that day... even before the match i was so nervous. we were winning at half time and i felt i was in the away end just me cheering (my brother a red and my ma in the kitchen with the other women). when sodding rushie scored my world collapsed. and no mistake. i knew then it was all over.
