The wimbledon game was quite emotional, I thought we where going down at one point. I didn't cry though, I'm too [Poor language removed] hard for that.

That was my first away gameMy very first game at White Hart Lane in 1958. We lost 10-4 !
When a team has already scored 8/9 goals and the fans are chanting for another it tends to stay with you.
when I went to school on the Monday I just raved about Jimmy Harris getting a hat trick and it half worked
no not really
the r/s hammered me which was rich considering they where in a lower league
how I wish they still wereCertainly have mate.
Clive Thomas made me cry in 1977. cried tears of joy 8 years later. Didn't we all?
1985 Cup Final vs Manchester Utd, i cried for about 2 days, i was 11.

I was at the game and if you drew a line from where I was sitting to Neville Southall's goal, Norman Whiteside was bang on that line. It was terrible but a great goal nonetheless. I saw Peter Reid, Trevor Steven and Gary Stevens afterwards as they sat and waited to go on to meet up with the England squad - Reidy looked inconsolable![]()
heard Riedy tell a tale that there was a bit off a kick off after when fingers where being pointed at PVDH, about him showing Whiteside the inside when he was left footed.so yeah i think he was a bit gutted.I was at the game and if you drew a line from where I was sitting to Neville Southall's goal, Norman Whiteside was bang on that line.
