Look at what Sevilla have done over the last 5 years and I doubt many outside that City see them as a truely big team. You need to be in the quarters/semis of the Champs league most seasons over the course of 20 years and in with a chance of winning it a few times

The obvious answer is regular Champions League football.

As ridiculous as it is, I would bet that on a worldwide basis, Celtic is viewed as a bigger European Team than Everton.
