What should BK be valuing Everton at?

Last time I checked (before Christmas) shares were trading at around £1250 - that's a valuation of £45m or so. Not what the Board has in mind.
Plus the amount of initial layout any investors would have to make. The profit would be marginal at best.

The least the board could do is find someone who could market us better, we have a relatively healthy image that should be traded on.

The book value of the present squad is almost nil.. Fellaini is "on the books" at a couple of million maybe 3 if you include the add on costs. Jelavic at something like £5m using the same (consistent) principle.Who else? Mirallas also about £5M.

But using the Asset Stripping analogy (at Arms Length values and not a Fire Sale scenario)

About £95-110M (being £50M paid and written down to the figures shown above and some additional value for the likes of Fellaini, Baines, Jags and some of the younger home grown players)

£80m

But that includes wiping off the debt. 68% of the club was bought for £20m, at the top end of £1500 per share the three 'major' shareholders would walk away with £5m profit (the value of their shares being £35m). The remaining money to clear the net debt.

£80m for a debt free PL Club is a steal; but the figure of £150m just for the club, carrying a £45m net debt, is ridiculous

He should sell without making a loss or profit as he has had a free all inclusive ride for the last 13 yrs

£125m by a confirmed and backed source (by BK and David Moyes) on talksport tonight. £125M IS WHAT THEY WANT. What a joke, with our debts, and need for a new stadium.

I listened to the Talksport EFC debate to night -StanCollymoore got some answers today -DM has three top clubs interested in himChelski Arsenal & another odds on Chelski after Sat have gone out from 2-1to 9/2 - Arsenal may be interested if Wenger walks at the end of the season -another club has show interest in DM- the favourite to replacehim replacement is Martinez at 9/2 - The asking price from BK for the clubis 125 million Including the debt, & the need for a new stadia, &the training ground rent per annum- Ground share is not wanted by LFC - In thenext 3 seasons if EFC stay in the premiership its worth 1/4 of a billion in income- EFC are the top 8 player wage earners in the premiership - DM has beenoffered a rise in his contract , & will not sign it till he thinks itsnecessary at the end of the seasons campaign - DM is on now 77k per week in thetop four highest earners in management in the premiership with a pay rise offerpending - Several fans telephoned in the consensus from StanCollymoore is that if BK was to sell to cheap you could end up with owners like Wolves/ Blackburn etc.- History was put to the show of all BK & his past errors they were virtually dismissed & DM is our savior in the last 11 years - the show then went on to debate the sacking of reading manager!

Playing devils advocate, what are Baines, Fellaini & Barkley worth?

btw the debt is 'owned' by the current incumbents.

Im sure Steken1 (could be wrong) mentioned that the value of the squad wouldn't be taken into account as "assets" as their valuation is something that changes regularly and is a risk . Baines could be "valued" at £20million. He does his knee in next week, he ain't £20 million anymore.
