What or who do we actually need to sign?

he will cost far too much but what i have seen of him on tv looks a good little player.

I think he went for about 4m to PSV from Feyenoord, so thinking about it realistically he'd be 7m now that he is a start XI for them. One of my favorite player in the world, I can't wait to see him becoming a world-beater.

Lille attacker Eden Hazard, 21, has dropped the biggest hint yet about his preferred Premier League destination. The Belgian has declared that he will "definitely" be wearing blue next season

this is ****ing on ...

shortening the odds on a move to Manchester City or Chelsea

oh

I dont think we are far away to be honest, peanuts is a must and i think that we should go for 1 decent signing. Someone like Dempsey or Sigurdson, sack off taking a punt on loans an freebies. We know what we got is solid prem, just need a few more goals to push us up that league a bit...

If I was in charge (Which obviously im not) I would certainly be looking at some of these Bosman signings in the summer. Obviously not all of them but there are some talented free agents out there this summer...

Konstantinos Manolas CB AEK

Mateo Kovacic CM Dinamo Zagreb

Daniel Tozser CM Genk

Tranquillo Barnetta RM/LM Leverkusen

Danijel Pranjic LB/LM Bayern Munich

Mladen Petric ST Hamburg

Albert Bunjaku ST Nurnberg

Levan CM Kenia Georgia

Sebastian Boenisch LB/RB Werder Bremen

Clemens Fritz Werder CM bremen

Steve von Bergen CB Cesena

Ludovic Obraniak CAM Lille

Ireneusz Jelen ST Lille

Karim Ait-Fana ST/Winger Montpellier

Barnetta would be my priority though

No idea who any of those are, apart from Pranjic, who's of to China, and Ait-Fana, who I signed this summer on a Bosman in FM :) So far he hasn't worked out, tho it is only early in the season still :(

There's a decent article in today's Echo about potential signings from the relegated clubs, from the way it sounds we can atleast expect to have some funds available - according to the article weve had scouts at a number of Blackburn & Wolves games in recent weeks.

Interesting quotes include 'Moyes' priority is a left footed centre back to provide cover & eventually replace distin'

'Hoilett is settled in the North West & is believed to have previously been keen on a switch to Goodison'

'we'll only target Kightly if purse strings are especially tight'

'Everton aren't looking at defensive mids (talking about N'Zonzi), were perfectly served in that department by Fellaini'

In an ideal world, Pienarr would be a must. But...

But I think we can make better use of the money. 30 years old so no resale value, transfer fee required, crazy weekly wedge..

Moses on the right; Jarvis on the left; new RB anyone will do, and Holden from Bolton.

thats it folks.

Pienaar doesn't want a crazy weekly wedge. You find a player with Pienaar's consistency and ability for less than £3m who is younger and i'm sure Moyes will look at him.

As it stands Hoilett could cost up to £5m all told, and Moses is nothing compared to Pienaar. He's got pace and undoubted skill but he's very inconsistent and nowhere near Pienaar's level at this point. We need guaranteed players who will come in and make a difference to the squad, even if it's only for 3 years.

fox has stated we aint going after relegated players, of course things could change but still. The only way hoilett will come to us is if we 1. find cash & 2. he wants to be playing regular 1st team football, and we're likely to be the highest placed team (in the prem) to offer him that for definate, also he wouldn't have to move. Can't see it happening but heres hoping, i also think getting a striker with the quality of rodallega on a free is a must IMO, i reckon he would do well in a good team, no1's guna have a good scoring record at wigan ffs

Pienaar + Rodallega + Hoilett for Rodwell out would be decent. Too bad it's not going to happen and we're going to flog some of our best players.

Pienarr left for the money; he knew that he was not going to play ahead of Bale.

Plus and this is the clincher Harry said that he was on 70K a week in a throaway comment.

makes sense this is his last big contract.

Jagielka,Rodwell and at a push Barkley maybe, but Baines, Fellaini, Jela, Heitinga will all be staying, i'm 100% positive. Of course we'll probably only see about £10 million of that £30-35 million we could make from those three, but it could still help us get Sigurdsson and a new center-back.
