I am more optimistic for the future not based on the fact that we are having a good season, but moreso on the fact that Roberto predicted we would get around 71 points very early on in the season. The players have a much more positive mindset instead of targeting 40 points and then seeing where we go from there.

In all honesty the legitimate kopites that I know (the ones who genuinely are passionate about their team) are an okay bunch but the plastic kopites (e.g. the ones who don't know why the S*n is such a disgrace) are the most annoying fans in world football.

Most genuine reds i know from liverpool are actually ok, have banter with them but outside of a game or drunken convo its not something i obsess over, problem with the net is and this can be seen classically on RAWK for example is you get a mix of idiots, placcy fans trying to impress, and a herd mentality forming, just check the way the targetted @davek on their, most of their posts about him are ten times worse than anything he ever said, yet cos of the cult like nature of that place the hypocrisy of the way they rant and rave about him isnt noticed
