The dip is extra cheese sauce from the Marmite cauliflower cheese....which was the winner.what's the dip in its own little bowl? and dill pickle with some remnant spices still on em, that brisket looks like pulled pork, how good is the ninja smoker.
reckon you could smoke a spice mix/rub? sugar, salt, b&w pepper? put authentic smoke into the raw ingredients then let the marinade go to work?

Yeah its slow cooked brisket...I was going to slice it but it started falling apart so thought I better pull it apart.
100% mate...you can smokes anything on it,Rubs,marinades you name it...I've done alsorts,smoked Mac and cheese was a favourite of mine.
