Mackerel and chips. Mackerel my second favourite fish, so tasty.
It was haddock for me today. Each week I have one of my favourites - haddock, cod, hake and lemon sole.
what's the dip in its own little bowl? and dill pickle with some remnant spices still on em, that brisket looks like pulled pork, how good is the ninja smoker?
reckon you could smoke a spice mix/rub? sugar, salt, b&w pepper? put authentic smoke into the raw ingredients then let the marinade go to work?
