Roast Estate Venison. Slow Cooked Venison Haunch Hot Pot, Baby Turnip, Celeriac Puree, Buttered Swiss Chard, Redcurrant & Port Jus.

Looks lovely, but I'm sorry, where's the gravy !! And, it is gravy, not the arty farty jus. You don't go to the chippy and ask for a portion of chips and jus. Boils my gravy does jus. Anyway, hope it was nice. :lol:
