Chicken livers with onion gravy, mash and cabbage.
Porridge Oats, blueberries and bananas with honey. The Mrs got me some raw honey off Amazon a while ago, goes great with it and have it mornings now. No substitute for a good old fry up mind!

Double fried egg butty and a brew. Crack on cooking the roast chicken now, copious amounts of honey roast parsnips will be consumed.
