Just the nine today, not very hungry. Should be able to get cheap lamb this Easter, it's usually reduced to half price. I do like cauliflower cheese. Living in Greece you would think it would be on sale all over the place.I found NZ Lamb in a freezer shop and bought 2 packs of lamb tenderloin......basically 4 fillets 26 euro for 1 kUse about the same ingredients, notice this one doesn’t have butter for the roux though? Outstanding effort. Would have toasted the bread myself but I still applaud your enterprise.CBA so used Bolognese I made and slapped it between 4 rounds of bread.
