Prefer ace knockers.Don't knock space hoppers

To be fair, Moyes is atrocious against Liverpool and I will throw in City and United. He is good against Chelsea at home for some reason. Of all the supposed top sides Chelsea are the one who we often beat at home.Well, some of them have done slightly better under worse circumstances than the Master of Derby Day Disaster, Moyes.
Moyes = derby humiliation.
That's his Everton legacy.
That was said after we lost to Sunderland, we then took 8 points from the next 4, it was said again after we lost back to back homes against Bournemouth and United, we then beat Newcastle, Burnley and Chelsea and got a point at Brentford in the next 5 either side of an international breakDoes anyone else have the feeling that this season will just sort of peter out now? I hope I'm wrong but I worry that yesterday will have taken the wind out of our sails a bit.
Nope. Still believe mate. We'll get the UEFA conference as a minimum. That's the time to start rotating and bringing in some of the youth we have, to develop. The likes of Dibling, Armstrong et al.Does anyone else have the feeling that this season will just sort of peter out now? I hope I'm wrong but I worry that yesterday will have taken the wind out of our sails a bit.
Sadly, yes. Our best 4 players are arguably Pickford, Grealish, Branthwaite and Ndaiye. It's difficult to do much with the run in given only two of those four will be available coupled with the existing weaknesses such as gash attacking full backs.Does anyone else have the feeling that this season will just sort of peter out now? I hope I'm wrong but I worry that yesterday will have taken the wind out of our sails a bit.
I disagree. O'Brien was absolutely skinned by Summerville and Diouf. He struggled really badly for the whole game and if he starts at right back there's a good chance he will get sent off. Much prefer him at centre back for this game without Branthwaite.I fully expect West Ham to throw everything at us, as they will feel it's a game they can win to help them in their relegation battle. Nuno is a very astute manager who tends to put out, and set up, teams very much horses for courses. Summerville is one threat, as soon as he gets the ball he turns and speeds away up the field, as we witnessed at home. He wont just stay on the wing as he'll come inside as well to receive the ball and attack. So it doesn't really matter if O'Brien starts at right back or not. But Garner needs to be in the middle of the park come what may for his tenacity and reading of the game. The last game Summerville wasn't fully fit but contributed to them winning 4 nil against Wolves. Bowen is another threat coming in from the right and has a sniff for a goal. It will be interesting to see if he plays two up top as he did against Wolves. Their line up against us, may well depend on tonight if they pick up injuries. West Ham's defence has improved under Nuno no ends and looks more solid, with Wan-Bissaka and Diouf both posing an attacking threat. This is going to be a tough game and may well indicate how much the players are motivated to challenge for a European place.
Alright, bud, take it easy. I'm assuming you don't feel the same way, that's cool.That was said after we lost to Sunderland, we then took 8 points from the next 4, it was said again after we lost back to back homes against Bournemouth and United, we then beat Newcastle, Burnley and Chelsea and got a point at Brentford in the next 5 either side of an international break
