Agree, what do people want? From where we were when he joined big Sam has worked a minor miracle in stopping our defence from shipping the amount of goals beforehand and setting us on an unbeaten run.
Can't argue with the fact it's not pretty but he has to work with the players that he has at his disposal.
He has signed an 18 month contract so he's only here to steady the ship which he has done well. I believe Sam is the first proper leader we've had in sometime and believe our style will improve after the January window and once we get the likes of Seamus back.
He's stopped the rot let's be patient where the performances are concerned, they will get better.
Very fair, and I think performances like today are acceptable against some of the better sides, but not being able to threaten that West Brom team whatsoever is poor. With how we set up and played, the best we could've hoped for is 0-0. Gotta find some sort of attacking balance in games like this one. And if we are going to set up this way, at least give the guys who have the capacity to create something on their own a run out. That said, Sam is unbeaten, so it's hard to complain too much. It was really painful to watch though. Feel sorry for West Brom having to deal with that every year.

They all sneaked and had the Annual Christmas party last night didn't they? They huffed and puffed and couldn't muster much at all the day after.
Headaches a plenty for players and fan alike. No MOM for me. Perhaps the defense they held firm.

Maybe the turnaround in fortunes has happened too quickly and it's genuinely taken everyone by surprise.

Let's face it, a few weeks ago nobody other than the ever optimistic @Khalekan gave us a snowballs chance in a furnace of a result at Analfield and most would probably have expected a loss against Chelsea...

Stay patient folks, January shopping starts soon and a couple of prudent additions and maybe an even more couple of prudent departures might just see an upturn in attacking play ?
This!

People. We are moving in the right direction. Substance over style here. Im aghast at some people thinking we were gonna be like Barca after Sam too over. Now, onto Bournemouth.
Quite. So much more fun being in the bottom three for a few drama queens on here.

Tricky little run we have over Christmas. Away games always difficult, and right now with Broom and Bournemouth battling away these are not rollover opponents.

Anyone worrying about our creativity should watch the saints game.

It's the same players, who've taken summat like 15 from 21 under Sam.

If there's a manager I like less than Allardyce, it's Pardew. We will have endure his usual spiel about how his team played us off the park and only one team was trying to win only this time he will be correct.
