For me this is a crucial game against on paper a lesser team. Allardyce while showing he arrange the players in a massed defence really need to show he can organise an attack and not just by hoofball. So as I said it is a crucial game for the team to win but for Allardyce to stand up and be counted!

New Years day back in 2012 and an early-kick off if I'm correct. I remember it being an absolutely awful game that exacerbated my hangover.
Typical Big Victor goal but very welcome nontheless.
No reason why we can't get three points today but for the fact Pardew seems to do reasonably well with his teams against us.

Worryingly, Sam seems to have a pretty poor record on Boxing Day fixtures losing more (seven) than any other Premier League manager.

Perhaps a by-product of his typical decision to not train on Christmas day? Either way, I doubt it'll be a comfortable performance by ourselves.

17 without a win plus Pardew yet to win a game at his new club, Everton flying,

1-0 West Brom!!!
The goal to be scored by someone who hasnt scored for 2 years
