Good to see Bolasie on the pitch again, but use too much time on the ball. Lack of a offensive midfielder is obvious, but there are not much options on the bench. Put Ramirez and Lennon on, on behalf of Davis and Bolasie

We don't have anyone in the game that can drive with the ball and shoot, and we are lacking a physical option in the box to compete for headers. West Brom are content with a draw because they are West Brom

You're spot on, mate. No one can carry the ball 20 yards in the middle of park and open the game up. Schneiderlin is just so ineffectual, yeah he's keeping the ball alright but what impact is it having on the game when you constantly go backwards and sideways?

I don't think the board will accept it after the January window shuts. If there is no improvement in style I think we will have a new manager come summer. On the other hand if we see improvement then Alladyce will at least see his contract out.

It has nothing to do with the manager at this point. We bought a load of rubbish. Changing the manager will just be a cynical move by the board to appease the fans.
