But seriously, I actually do think there was more money available. If we've spent just a couple of million then I would expect there to be at least £10m left. Otherwise Bill and David were lying about having some money. Although I believe Bill is slippery with the truth I don't think David would back him up if it was an outright lie. Plus I don't think Bill tells lies as such, I just think he gets carried away with himself and starts talking before thinking.
