It wasn’t good enough and he was rightfully sacked, most managers end up getting sacked, but overall he did a decent job. He picked up from the awful Lampard and saved us, following season had us level points with the highly praised Brighton or Brentford (can’t remember which) had it not been for points deductions and he walked away when time was right. He did a ok/decent/good job, he certainly didn’t do a job that bad that you’d wish ill on the rest of his career.
