I was going to post something similar, but you've done it better than I could.

Don't trust these players + Watford should've been out of sight against Burnley. They've got some dangerous players.

This is no gimme, seen few posts saying we're safe. Much better position than week ago but one bad set of restults + we're back in it.
Exactly.

Just looking at the league table, it only re-emphasizes just how massively important those 6 points were from the last 2 games, whilst simultaneously showing that we're still nowhere near out the woods yet.

2 more wins will do it I reckon. 4 points may also be enough, but I'd want a win from the Watford match because this is the most winnable of what's left in my opinion. Get those points on the board sooner rather than leaving it to the last fixture of the season.

Slightly dodgy feeling about this one. I don't expect we ever do things the easy way. A point wouldnt be a disaster but it would be hugely disappointing in the light of yesterday. Just hope that they can all raise themselves again and get the win.

5-4-1 works and we won games I won’t change that.

Pickford

Iwobi Coleman Keane Holgate Mykolenko

Gray Doucouré Allan Richarlison

Calvert-Lewin

I'd love to say we'll win, but I simply do not trust these players to beat a team that has lost its last 11 homes games straight. Lampard has done superbly in the wake of the Burnley debacle to instill desire and structure, but the clown show that is our defence continues to alarm only to be bailed out by world-class level goalkeeping.

In my view, we cannot afford to ease off on the focus now. This is a glorious opportunity to take three vital points - probably the best opportunity to do so that remains. If we can win this, the manager will have definitively proven that his work is bearing sustainable fruit. But a defeat here would throw a lot of the good work away and raise alarming questions. A draw would be a relative disappointment, but not the end of the world. We will be in this until we aren't. Four games left. The dream for me is to make the final game meaningless - in a good way. Vicarage Road will tell a tale. I don't trust the players. I want to trust the manager. I want rid of almost all of the players come season's end no matter the outcome. I would like to persist with the manager - but only if he has earned it by keeping us up. Therefore, here's to Frank earning the right to rebuild us over the summer - and to firing virtually the entire squad into the Irish Sea (surfacing, preferably, somwhere in the vicinity of Sellafield).

I am sorry but I have to disagree with this some what.

We restricted Liverpool to first shot on target after an hour
Chelsea had one real chance again after the 60 min mark approx

Leicester had a few from outside the box but aside from Barnes, I'd expect them all to be saved.

Think your being harsh slightly.

What an away performance.....and the team done alright as well didn't they! You'll find it hard to find a better away following than what we witnessed against Leicester, a huge shout out to every single one of you as you done everyone proud as always. Great to see Lampard come back out and show everyone what it meant to him.
Very true Macca.
Still wish the Leicester team coach had of broken down on it's way to Goodison though lol
