Moyes will like his defensive contributions so why would Moyes replace him? He'll be the starting lb for the foreseeable under Moyes, he’s just not at the level we need if we want to progress.

….not sure of the substance to that given Moyes paired Baines and Coleman for much of their careers.

Moyes has inherited Mykolenko, i wouldn’t be convinced he doesn’t want a better option, he even selected Branthwaite ahead of him recently.

Not but it means he doesn't leave without us receiving a fee??!!

And you've my made point in the previous post, which you ignored.

You're telling me the club would simply fork out millions of pounds on footballer based on a war in his native country,as some sort of PR exercise?

Again I'll ask,who at the club would make this political decision to fork out millions on a PR exercise.

I eagerly await your response.

Kind regards.
The player has no value of course you’ll never get a fee for him

What does that say about whether it’s worth paying him to stay ?

As to who sanctioned it what does it matter. Clearly someone has. Christ every club has made some suspicious deals in the past. This logic behind this particular disaster would actually make more sense than most.

The club would be paying him stay because they believe he can contribute, regardless of whether you or anyone else rates him.

And then to come out with some half baked, political slant to why he'd still be here is quite literally the strangest logic you could offer.

So ultimately you can't give me an answer to who at the club, even under new ownership from the people who actually bought him would sanction such an expensive PR exercise?....which also means we're only left with the evidence of how much of a silly sausage you are😂

Go back to the Moyes and transfer threads and complain why he isn’t playing a team full of teenagers as if that’s the answer to all our problems
I've not advocated for that.

However, you're certainly showing why certain people's views can change on things based on warped individuals garbage.

How many times have you been to Ruzzia?

I'm going for never.

Moyes didn’t really sign fullbacks in his first spell. It was pretty much Baines and then he took a punt on Coleman but took a few years to play him. He did like to play centre half’s in those roles and he certainly liked Pistone. I’d be shocked if he hasn’t resigned Myklenko as his first choice full back. Sums up his approach.

I agree with you on Myklenko but we haven’t extended his contract because of anything political. We’ve simply done it because Moyes is a negative, boring risk adverse manager who puts store in bang average (being generous here) players with premier league experience.
