Nani is frustrating as hell but there's no doubting his ability. On his day he's one of the best wingers in the league.

In the 2010-2011 season he finished joint 1st in the combined goals/assists table with 27 (9 goals/18 assists), with only Drogba and Tevez matching his output.

He's not reproduced that form lately but he's a good player.

Welbeck is a bit meh though.

I was going to add that he doesn't really excel in any one area, which is another way of saying that. I don't think he's a bad player, he's a decent young player with good potential though.

Based on how hes playing now.

I watched him for Dortmund and he was a proper talent.

He looked quality when I saw him a few times before he got injured. And as you say, you can see straight away if a players got talent....

Same. As someone said, Nani has got the ability, he just doesn't perform consistently enough, and Welbeck scores.

He shows flashes of brilliance but he will also totally mess up the simplest of things too. A frustrating player but has bags of ability.
