You are correct. Its a different scenario to the situation Abramovich finds himself in. All of Abramovichs money was initially made in Russia, Usamanov has traded successfully in the UK and of course has a very good accounting facilitator in our old buddy Mr. Mosh.Usamanov lives in London.
