Didn't the esk say nothing would happen with Usmanov? Looks like he's had another shocker.

I think it was more a case of highlighting the Premier league money rules that make it impossible while he still part owns arsenal for him to become owner or part owner of us. This sort of thing was described as difficult or unlikely. But just enjoy the news fella!
