The only other thing is, if usmanov went and bought a club like, Newcastle or west ham and turns them into a top 6 team .. the stocks of everton would decrease? Which isn't a good investment for his accountant / best friend / business partner

It is clearly possible for him to buy just about any club he wants. He could takeover basically anyone except United and City with ease. Chelsea are supposedly having issues with Abramovich so maybe that is something he looks at. I wouldn't start celebrating yet but it is interesting
