The only other thing is, if usmanov went and bought a club like, Newcastle or west ham and turns them into a top 6 team .. the stocks of everton would decrease? Which isn't a good investment for his accountant / best friend / business partner

Strange that since the government started putting the heat on Russian oligarchs both Usmanov and Abramovich have shifted their stance.
