Its a fun game to play. The fortunes of the Superduper Top 6 next season.

Dont think many would argue that City will be strong. Pains me to say, the loveables as well. (Unless FSG cash some chips in)

Arsenal? Maybe Arteta? Bad.

Spurs? Good WC for a few of their players lobs Levy into a hole. Pay them tons, (then others) or cash in. Stadium to pay for and all that.

United? Who knows. Will always be competitive, but out of the main prize for 6 years now.

Chelsea? Conte off it seems. Will they finally start to look at some of their decent youngsters, and stop hosing cash around? Ergo, play a longer game.

Not saying all of that ^^^will happen, but is not that hard to see some of it doing.

I said these sort of things before last season and then we decided to be utterly terrible so will just see how the summer goes ha.

Out of his arsenal?

So just why would somebody buy 30% of Arsenal when the last person who owned 30% of Arsenal, who paid 280m for his 30% and sold it for 700m, didnt have any say in the running of the club?

Can you answer this question VanFrandel?

Why would somebody want to make 420m profit for basically sitting on their arse and doing NAFF ALL.

I mean, im not a bidness man, of course, so maybe I dont see the benefit in a 420m profit.

You should go into business my friend......

Spot on.

2 of the TOP SIX have never won the PL.

1 of the TOP SIX have recent memories of fluking a Div 2 playoff final against Gillingham

Its a nonsense, and it isnt that difficult to fashion a narrative that makes all but City vulnerable to the football gods.

The current Champions and the third placed team have won fewer titles combined than Everton. The third placed team and the fifth placed team combined have won fewer titles than Everton. The third placed team last won a title nearly 60 years ago and there are 14 teams who have won more. A team just relegated to the third tier have won more titles than the fifth placed team, the Champions and the third placed team, as has a team in the Championship. Preston North End have won as many titles as the third placed team.......football gods indeed......

Listen lad he knows a lot of acronyms.

A LOT.

Leicester have established a fanbase in the Far East, due to their owners and commercial deals. I think their title win gave them more media exposure then any recent champions, but although they win the respect of supporters for their achievements, I’m not sure if this translated into fans buying merchandise. The top 6 are streets ahead of the rest when it comes to commercial and merchandising deals, something the @The Esk has repeatedly raised in his review of our finances.
all the Leicester fans in the far east have gone back to manyoo and liberpool!

The question is when, not if. Personally, I think once a spade goes in the ground at Bramley Moore is when everything will come into the light.

Usmanov is already officially involved at Everton via USM Finch Farm. I doubt Moshiri is bankrolling EFC on his own.

Moshiri and Usmanov shared dream is to own a successful English football club and turn it into a European powerhouse. I believe Moshiri's current remit is to do the prelimenary work with getting the club in good shape both on and off the park.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Usmanov then comes in to suppliment the dream.

Swear there was a whole BBC programme linking him with us?

Either I dreamt that whole thing or there's Russian spies on here making sure none of us mention it
