How many??????????????? and is he not a fan???????????

Yes he is, but his shares give him no say, also proportionally I'm guessing esk has more of his overall worth tied up in Everton shares than Usmanov or a similar person of wealth would have in a 30% arsenal stake.

Chinese have just bought a 15 % stake in city btw, they have no say, no control and aren't in the board.

As I said before, moshiri and Usmanov invested in Facebook,, made a huge amount when they sold, and they and the people who bought off them never had any say or influence in the company.

Usmanov if he sold tomorrow, would make a huge percentage profit on what he paid for his shares, investors look for profit.

I've done this explaining thing a million times already, but for example Usmanov if he so wished could put his entire 30% stake up for sale as individual shares, with arsenals fan base, you think they would not be bought by supporters?

United is worth over 1.5bn, the Glaziers rats "paid" abar 300m to buy it.

I doubt theres anybody in the world who wants to make 1.2bn, email ebay and remove them.

Nobody in the world wants to be a shareholder in a club in the Premier League that runs an annual profit and is a top, top target for perspective sponsors.

Said earlier, Kenwright will have made the equivalent of roughly 35k PW, for the 30 years he's had his shares. When the rest are finally bought by moshiri, a 2m annual profit on a relatively low investment and no additional funding besides that.

How much would the shares be worth compared to now if moshiri sold the club post Bramley Moore stadium being built?

But why would somebody buy shares in an asset whos value increases on a yearly basis?

Dunno mate, ask esk I'd say, he owns Everton shares, strange that he thinks others wouldn't do what he himself has done.

May be an interesting business topic for a paid podcast service, if only Everton fans had someone doing those...

He was born in Uzbekistan to uzbek parents, Uzbekistan isn't and never has been Russia mate.

It's also the daily mail, same balanced paper that routinely runs borderline hare campaigns against immigrants, the disabled, and people in welfare.

Splitting hairs probably, but Wiki states he was Russian born in Uzbek which was a former Soviet republic, but I take your point, blue.

I agree it’s the Fail reporting, but was struck by the minister vanguarding this - Ian Austin - who was a minister under the former Labour government. There’s no way a Tory would be forcing the issue as to them, money is money, no questions asked.

Still, a crackdown of this nature - if it came to fruition - might have implications for us.

Everton Business Matters is a free pod cast.

Arsenal shares are worth 34k each. If he put his share up he would sell them, Kroenke would buy them tomorrow. Just don’t think he would sell to Kroenke
