Gotta be a conflict of interest some where surely.

It seems by that Guardian report as though a major shareholder of a Premier League club is investing in another club via a circumnavigation of the rules.

That's how I read it anyhow.

Do you not think that these very powerful individuals have had very expensive and competant lawyers look into this for them ?
