Why did Scott Ritter get unbanned on Twitter ? Guy is literally a convicted pedophile + a known Russian propagandist

Russia's claim that Ukraine bombed themselves just doesn't make any sense. If they were claiming that they shot down a Ukrainian missile and it happened to land on the station then that would be more believable but their current argument is Ukraine did it deliberately to stop people leaving the Donbass. Just absolute BS.
