If they have the manpower/resources and the risk isn’t too high, this could really shake things up by forcing Russia to rethink its plans and shift attention.

I hope they can pull it off. As you say it would definitely deflect the current Russian plan.

We haven’t seen a lot of Ukrainian armour (probably due to Russian air superiority). So hopefully they have it in reserve and have a plan to use it.

They need to do something different now.
