Ukrainian blogger puts videos up of planes with holes in the side. The sources aren’t good enough along with the ‘evidence’ as you put it.

Telegraph article then gets put in with Russian bloggers with a 1.3million audience claims that Russian were repelling a Drone attack in Grozny at the time & they also believe it was anti-aircraft.

You then decide to give it the “let’s wait for the investigation”
