For those with the big peace overtures, lets say russia get round the table and cease aggression for the land they have stolen and the children they have stolen and the people they have killed. The war stops.

Do sanctions stay on russia? are their oligarchs and their companies still on the blacklists and prevented from traveling? Or is it back to business as usual, the gas and oil flow again and all is forgiven and all is forgotten?

Trying to gauge the short medium and long term effects of this three year (so far) nightmare and the costs and culpables.
