Don't care. Not bothered.
I think they are domestically produced but with a twist. I reckon that UK and other nations are slipping Ukraine blueprints, design specs and access to certain components that allow them to reverse engineer and produce their own weapon systems.
Ukraine then modifies the designs to suit the requirements it has operating in such an electronically hostile environment. Western nations then monitor outcomes and adapt their own original designs accordingly.
Ukraine gets what it wants (domestically produced LR fires) and the Western nations (not including US here) get battle-proven weapon systems.
Winner winner chicken dinner
They've been designing their own drone systems and are well along the line for developing their own domestically manufactured ballistic missile systems. Where they manufacture, in country.
I think they'll continue to need support on artillery production and/or air defence for years however.
There are western monitors over there for definite, and definitely reporting back. You only have to see what the US Army is doing now, it is getting rid of ALL towed artillery for self propelled, as towed just takes too long to set up before they get counter battery. I think they're really mothball a % in case they ever face high altitude insurgencies again. They say they are doing that because of what has been seen in Ukraine.
They've also completely changed the specification for the next gen Abrams and are going for a lighter weight but higher specification and up armoured tank, with more automation and a three man crew. This is all based on "lessons learned" in Ukraine
Basically anything without an active protection system is becoming obsolete.
I also think that within 5 to 10 years we'll see a directed energy weapon active protection system fielded. It's going that way. That's just my opinion.
Learning something every day from what is going on in Ukraine
