The EU part of NATO, has to decide whether it still wants to fight the US Empire's war against Russia. But it will pay for thst privilege. Or it does a runner.

I think the past year and a bit, has shown that Russias so called military might is laughable tbh. The one country that's well equipped to take them on is Poland imo.

Things will get interesting for the Russians if the Poles ever go looking for them imo.

Poland has a stronger, more professional and better equipped military than Russia imo and they have the backing of Nato as well.

Activity on the front line.

The US Empire tried to use sanctions to damage Russia. The opposite has been the case and it's the US and it's vassals states that gave been damaged economically.

Zelensky will take the former option...send the young and old to their deaths while he and his missus swan about Euro capitals buying up jewellery.

It is absolutely imperative for him to be stood down by whatever means in order that tens of thousands more innocent Ukrainians don't lose their lives.

'Foothold' in commas.

This is not realistic lad. Just Zelensky fighting to keep his job.
Ukrainian troops have established a foothold on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River, officials from Russia and Ukraine have acknowledged, in an operation that Kyiv says will open new avenues of attack toward Crimea.

Here is foothold, not in commas.

Why would Poland get involved?

If they went rogue, NATO would drop them like a bad smell and Poland would be radioactive with potentially everyone being wiped off the planet.

If Russia went in on Poland, NATO would be dragged in and it's end game for us all.

In both scenarios, you'd want the military to refuse that order and stop any potential for escalation.

I don't understand your thoughts on the Polish army taking on Russia frankly.
