They have apparently released a statement from him dissing the US.

That said he is meant to have more body doubles than Saddam so one is probably practicing.

The battle against Russia and corruption aren't separate matters they are linked. There's been reported widespread graft in the political elite and armed forces who are siphoning off donated funds for themselves. It's been a stab in the back of the Ukrainian armed forces.

So it doesn't really matter if the invasion or corruption is second or first priority to Ukrainians because they are indivisible in the population's mind.

One thing I was wondering, if he does have body doubles, (and I think he denies them), what would happen if one of the doubles was killed? Would he admit it was a double or go into hiding and try to pull the Kremlin strings with whichever puppet he instills?

If some Russian was pointing a gun at my sons head, I am sure a politician taking a bung wouldn't enter my head.
The tories are at it here , you could find it in any government if you needed to.
Most of Eastern Europe and the rest of the worlds governments are corrupt , not nice but its a fact.

The 'Russians are pointing a gun at Ukraine's head,' and the US Empire, the EU, UK i.e NATO are offering weapons to 'win the war'. As you say, 'taking a bung wouldn't enter your head'. But a majority, 55% want weapons supplied ,to Ukraine linked to dealing with corruption. The majority are more concerned about corruption than unconditionally getting weapons from NATO. Ukraines say, 'corruption costs lives'. And it's the weapons the people are told will 'win the war' ie stop the 'Russian invasion'.

There's a war weariness setting in and that's why there's a petition doing the rounds, that wants the Ukraine parliament to deal with it.

A sign of this weariness is lack of people enlisting, as this guy says.

It would appear deeper splits are emerging.



All of Zelensky's PR stunts are failing.

A negotiated settlement is the only way Ukraine can attempt to have a viable state. But, at the moment, the US Empire doesn't allow the puppet Zelensky to sue for peace. Because it's in the west centric, benefits and losses, view of the world that war is needed to protect 'their national interests'. Which comes on the back of hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousand dead Ukrainians and over 700 000 wounded or maimed. The loss of this proxy west centric war, will have major repurcussions for the west, in and beyond Europe. They've already lost the Global South and the war in Palestine is pulling countries apart.
