It's Ukrainians that are pointing out corruption and are so concerned have signed a petition for it to be debated in the Rada. That's why Ukrainians say 'corruption costs lives' and over 70% blame Zelensky. We don't know if Ukrainians think Russia was justified because of corruption. But they are concerned about the corruption and a majority think prosecuting corruption should be linked to weapon procurement. If the corruption doesn't stop then they think Ukraine shouldn't receive weapons.

It could be assumed, that if corruption doesn't stop then they don't want weapons to be sent to Ukraine.which could indicate they want the war to end, considering Ukraine is nearly totally dependent on the west for weapons.
