I may be wrong, but I guess it’ll be associated with Prussia and the War of Austrian Succession, where we fought against the Prussians.

Could be wrong, however.

Don't think they have mate.
Been on different sides a few times, with different alliances.
Against the Dutchy of Warsaw, don't forget they were a country split at many times over history.
there were Polish calvary against us at Waterloo for instance , and in Spain
famous for there use of lances the Polish cavalry deadly and very highly rated.
Can't think of a reason Britain would have wanted to invade Poland at any piont in history on there own.

Russia's problem is it is a dwarf economically compared to the EU. He's outraged because the sanctions are biting hard. Yes, things are more expensive in the EU, but the Russians have basically lost their biggest customer and all for what? Meanwhile, the Germans have basically weaned themselves off Russian gas in nine months. This war has been terrible for Europe but utterly ruinous for Russia, in so many ways.
