Not unsurprising really. Yet, I can also appreciate how Ukraine aren't shying away from legitimate military targets due to Russia's possible reprisals.
It's a difficult balance for the Ukrainians to get right, but at the moment it's on side hitting military assets and the other who is causing the most harm to civilians .

Its clear to me how Putin became so popular. It's hard to imagine for us in the west how terrible life was after the fall of communism. Life's still pretty crap for a lot of Russians but nowhere near as bad.

This must be the first instance (by that I mean everything since Feb) of a nation who started a war being offended by taking infrastructure and military losses.
The Black Sea Fleet is a long-term threat to Ukraine's security before even considering their desire to retake southern territory, including Crimea.
It's a completely legitimate target as it'll weaken their forces, induce hesitation and concern within the fleet and show the Russian public their weaknesses.
Ukraine will have known that Russia would likely halt the grain exports, so I suspect it's a risk they're willing to take and will have made contigency plans.
Putin’s rules though. Russia is allowed to indiscriminately bomb, kill, maim civilians. Russia is allowed to rape, loot, pillage like a plague of locusts but if little Ukraine dares to retaliate then that’s it’s - games over and they’re taking they’re ball away - no grain for the world. Nyet!
