In fairness that doesn’t say anything about the US knowing the “day and time”. It says they told Ukraine to prepare for war in November but didn’t give the Ukrainians officials as much info as they would have liked. I only called you up on it as you don’t seem to like unfounded propaganda (I’m with you on that) and saying that the US knew the day and time sounds a bit like unfounded propaganda

They obviously knew a lot more than they told the Ukraine. US satellites can track everything so they'd have known of precise troop movements and deployment. So they would have seen it all in real time. So how did that armoured column make it so close to Kiev?

Er it didn’t. The main Russian column stalled some 30miles from Kyiv and didn’t move any further.
