You keep posting absolutely dire sources and have shown throughout this thread to be biased. That second source for example has the headline suggests the Pentagon confirmed it was Ukraine's fault but there only evidence for it is a quote from a Pentagon official saying “If it was a strike from the Ukrainian side, I assure you, they did not want to do this,” the US military said.'

All the actual evidence points towards Russia deliberately bombing the prison.

If the reports have not been indepently verified it might be important to explain that as the DW piece does but the Tass piece doesn't. Also if there are two alternate views being pushed given that there is no verification at this point it is important to acknowledge both, the Tass piece does not.

TBF with regards to that strike on the prison, there is a decent chance that it was a Ukrainian strike but aimed at something other than its own POWs, like a suspected ammunition dump. There have been so many attacks on those lately that the Russians (as any army would) must surely have started hiding them better or putting them in places that aren't going to be so easily hit.

Depends what you classify as a proper source. Obviously anything that is anti US NATO you will discount, so doesn't leave him with much. One interesting fact to come out of the propaganda from neutral sides is the Donbass is a dump which looks more like a South African shanty town than something you'd expect to find in industrialised Europe. Maybe that's why RT has been banned?

That is a lot of opinion masquerading as fact, though - yes, people might have known POW were nearby but where they the same people who were coming up with targets and directing strikes? If that was considered a high value target, would POWs nearby mean it could not be hit by precision weapons?

I find it baffling that with so many distant, precision strikes going on at the moment that the idea that this might of been another one is so unlikely.
